NCCN Guidelines for Central Nervous System Cancers: Updates in the Treatment of Adult Patients With Glioma

In 2021, the WHO revised its classification of central nervous system (CNS) tumors, which has resulted in changes to both diagnostic and treatment landscapes. At NCCN 2023 Annual Conference, this tumor board–style presentation featured 4 case studies demonstrate an evidence-based approach patients with various WHO-defined types diffuse glioma. The Guidelines have been updated reflect reclassification CNS tumors provide recommendations accordingly.
